Tonight was Women In Business’s Tuesday Club meeting and the focus was on ’speed networking’. Think line dancing meets speeds dating meets networking.  Fifty business women showed up and we each got a chance to chat to ten individuals one on one.  Here’s some video clips of some of the participants, and the two women who organised the evening.

It was a really fun, and fruitful evening.  We won’t be meeting in December, because everyone is busy enough.  But watch this space for what’s going on in January.

Thoroughly enjoyed this event. The evening was an excellent opportunity to meet other business women. The evening went far too fast! There was a geniune sense of mutual support, encouragement and energy. The evening was purposeful, constructive and gave all who attended a valuable chance to promote their business. Let’s do this again!

Since attending the WiB networking evening, i have gained many contacts which will be of huge benefit to my business. The evening itself was a fantastic way to meet other women, learn about their business and for them to learn about what i do and it was organised in such a way that we all had the opportunity to meet each other during the networking and then had the chance to have a chat over wine after the networking had finished. It has been by far the most beneficial advertising for my business with the added bonus of meeting people one to one and having fun at the same time.
Thank you for hosting such a well organised and enjoyable event Julie and Pam.
