The Women’s Enterprise Programme is a new Isle of Man Business & Innovation Centre (IoM BIC)support initiative, designed to enable aspiring female entrepreneurs or those seeking collaborative or enterprise group ventures.  Even if you only have an idea, it is absolutely fine to contact IoM BIC to register interest and discuss application.

Who is the Women’s Enterprise Programme for?

It’s for women on the Isle of Man with exciting and new business or product ideas.  Our assistance is designed to assist those looking to establish successful high growth businesses.  IoM BIC specialises in encouraging innovation in products and services and helping technology and e-commerce start-ups.  Pre-start up programme.   Eligibility criteria applies.

Is it relevant that it’s female focused?

Yes, people often work better in cohorts and from sharing knowledge and support.   The Women’s Enterprise Programme accommodates meetings outside of normal office hours and has an emphasis on joint ventures, collaboration and on teaming aspiring entrepreneurs or business leaders with others to maximise success.
